We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of sales skills and marketing knowledge, with a passion for driving business growth. The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, executing marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients and markets to generate new sales leads.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
    • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, deliver compelling sales pitches, and effectively close deals.
    • Achieve sales targets, quotas, and revenue objectives in alignment with company goals.
  2. Marketing Strategy Implementation:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and online content.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
    • Maintain a strong customer database and ensure timely follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain client satisfaction.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
  4. Sales and Marketing Reporting:
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
    • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and ROI analysis.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales and marketing data to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
  1. Proven work experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute to effective marketing strategies.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
  8. Experience in B2B or B2C sales and familiarity with the industry we operate in is a plus.
